   • Liability: Simplyfly is not responsible for any closed venues, canceled events, or rejected bank promos you experience based on our curated guides.
   • Intellectual Property: Our articles, branding, and original content are owned by Simplyfly. You may share our dispatches, but you may not scrape, copy, or monetize our exact copy without permission.

2. The Flight Search Widget
   
   

   Our website provides a self-service flight search engine for your convenience.
   
   

   • Third-Party Processing: This widget is powered by external booking partners.
   • Zero Liability: Simplyfly does not process your payment, issue your tickets, or manage customer service for DIY flights booked through this widget. All ticketing disputes must be handled directly with the airline or the third-party provider.

3. Corporate Travel Services
   
   

   Our B2B corporate and high-volume group travel management operates as a separate service.
   
   

   • Separate Agreements: Inquiries sent for corporate bookings do not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement and invoice are executed.

4. User Conduct
   
   We reserve the right to remove any subscriber or block any user from our community if they attempt to spam our inboxes, scrape our database, or disrupt our operations.
